2 nights 3 days rafting in Kali Gandaki River
Named after the Hindu goddess Kali, Kali Gandaki River flows from the north border of Nepal carving the rocks and stones all the way to down to Ganges. The kaligandaki river rafting is a nonstop rapids and strong currents make this river as one of the most preferred for rafting and kayaking.
The first and second days the rapids are frequent but third day on the closing point the river gets flat because of the dam.
Rafting after the treks can be done as package trips so if you are interested join our group.
Info about the Rafting
Starting point: Kusma North West of Pokhara
Ending point: Mirmi (Kali Gandaki Dam)
Excess to the starting Point: By road (if more than 10 then by van if less 4 by car or bus depending on personal interest)
River Grade: 4 Classes
Season for Rafting: March to June and September to November.
Equipment Required: Shorts and light upper clothes, flippers, sun cream, Water, chocolate, your valuable things will be in the boat with us protected from water but your belongings will be brought at the ending point of the rafting)
Cost includes: Transportation to starting point and after the rafting to preferred place by van for more than 10 people, for less than four people transportation by bus or private car in person’s interest.
Meals (lunch for day trip, Breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 or more day’s trip) Meals will be served in buffet system.
Teas and drinking water from the nearest source which will be safe to drink.
