Tibet known as the roof of the world is a now part of china situated north of India and Nepal. Most of the land is above 3300 meters which makes it the world’s heights plateau. Most of the area in here is grassland and the high mountains thus it makes it cold. Many lakes are the main attraction of Lhasa and it is also home of Dalai Lama and the Tibetans and Tibet is a land of Bon Buddhism.

7 nights 8 days Tibet tour:
  • Day 01: Arrival Day:
  • Our representative will be in airport to receive you and after you get to hotel our tour and trek operator will give you information's regarding your activity during your stay in Nepal.
  • Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing:
  • Today we take you for Sightseeing in Pashupatinath: A Hindu temple dedicated to lord Shiva where the shrine inside the main temple was found more than 1600 years ago, Bouddhanath largest stupa in Nepal, religious sight for Buddhist which is believed to be 1500 years old. Swyambhunath where Swyam means itself and bhu means earth, this Buddhist holy place is believed to be self-originated 2000 years ago on an Island when Kathmandu valley was a lake. Patan Durbar which used to be a capital for Kathmandu valley during Malla with rich culture, stone carving and wood carving all listed under world heritage site by UNESCO.
  • Day 03: Kathmandu (1320m) to Zhangmu (2300m)-Nyalam (3750) 6-7 hours:
  • Driving along the Ariniko highway and with a beautiful scenery and Local market from Kathmandu to Kodari (123km) will be around 5 hours along the. Our representative from Nepal will be there to help you sort-out the formalities needed to go to Tibet side. Walk to Friendship Bridge and after completing custom and immigration formalities drive uphill to Zhangmu then proceed to Nyalam (30 km) following the Bhote Koshi River in a deep with some overflowing waterfalls.   • Day 04: Nyalam to Latse (4050m) 5-6 hours:
  • Early morning drive through Nyalam pass with the view of Jugal Himal. A continued drive via Lalungla Pass (5050m) from where we have a breathtaking view of Himalayan range including MT.Xixapangma (8013m highest in Tibet), Mt. Makalu (8,464m), Mt. Lotse (8516m) and Mt Everest (8848m). O/N guest house (BB).
  • Day 05: Lahtse to Xigatse (3850m) 3-4:hours:
  • Then after a few hour drives along beautiful rivers we finally reach our destination Shigatse the place of the famous Tashilhunpo Monastry, the seat of Panchen Lama until his death in 1989 with its huge Thanka Wall on the clearly visible on the northern side of the road, O/N Hotel BB.
  • Day 06: Xigatse to Gyantse (3975m) 2 hours:
  • After breakfast visit Tashil hunpo Monastery. The monastery is the traditional seat of successive, the second highest ranking tulku lineage in the Gelukpa tradition. After sightseeing we drive to Gyantse which will take around 2 hours of driving. O/N hotel B/B.
  • Day 07: Gyantse to Lasha (3490m) 6-7 hours:
  • Today you will have a sightseeing tour to the Khumbum Stupa. The khumbum Stupa is an architectural masterpiece built in of 108-sided Mandala style. It is the most revered Stupa in Tibet and houses 112 chapels of which only 23 are open to the public. After the sightseeing we will have 6-7 hrs drive to Lhasa crossing the Karo-la pass (5000m). The Koro-la pass climbs between two lofty mountains, Nozing Khangsa (7223m) and Ralung (6232m) while driving you will see the Yamdrok-Tso (known as Turquois lake) which takes around 1 hour to cross. After passing Kampala, the valley seen to north side is Lhasa. On the way to Lhasa you will also cross over one of the great River of the world which flows from Kailas Mountain and goes through Tibet Bramhaputra River. Reaching Lhasa and check in hotel.   • Day 08-09: sightseeing tour Lhasa:
  • Visit to some of the oldest temples of Tibet. Sightseeing and excursion of Lhasa including the massive old famous Potala Palace which still has the kind of, Narboulinka the summer palace of Dalai Lama is open to the public, Jokhang Temple which is and the oldest and the most sacred temple of Lhasa built by the first Buddhist followers 1300 years ago. Barkhor, which is the Tibetan Market place, will see many people gathering for shopping of traditional product and daily materials. Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery are other two important monasteries in Tibet built in 15th century which has can have 5000 monks at a time and has meeting palace, O/N Hotel.
  • Day 10: Lhasa to Kathmandu Or to main land China:
  • After breakfast drive to airport (1.5 hrs) or railway station(20-30 min) to catch flight or train to other destination.
